Cross of Life Structural Design

The pallet incorporates an innovative "Cross of Life" internal support system, specifically engineered to preserve structural integrity under heavy loads. The molded LLDPE cross connects all four sidewalls, channeling downward forces from the grates toward the center of the pallet. As weight increases on the top surface, the Cross of Life design counteracts lateral sidewall deformation, effectively pulling the walls inward and preventing sagging over time.
