The Ultra-Modular IBC Spill Pallet is a durable, space-efficient solution for outdoor containment of intermediate bulk containers (IBCs), totes, and tanks. Designed for industrial and commercial applications, these pallets connect modularly, sharing walls to maximize containment capacity while maintaining compliance with EPA regulations. Ideal for warehouses, chemical storage areas, and outdoor facilities, these pallets provide scalable solutions for managing spills and leaks effectively.
Constructed from UV-inhibited, chemical-resistant polyethylene, the outdoor pallets resist sun degradation and harsh environmental conditions for long-lasting durability. Each pallet supports a uniform load of 9,000 lbs and offers a containment capacity of 75 gallons. Optional 65-gallon expansion tanks are available to further increase system capacity. Flow-through 1.25-inch bulkhead fittings allow liquids to channel between connected pallets and expansion tanks, effectively “borrowing” containment capacity and ensuring overflows are safely captured.
