The Ultra-Modular IBC Spill Pallet delivers a cost-effective, space-saving solution for the indoor containment of multiple intermediate bulk containers (IBCs), totes, or tanks. Designed for warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and industrial environments, this modular system allows individual spill pallets to connect via flow-through bulkhead fittings, sharing walls and maximizing containment while maintaining EPA compliance.
Each spill pallet supports heavy-duty loads up to 9,000 lbs, with a low-profile footprint measuring 62 x 62 x 8.75 inches and a containment capacity of 75 gallons per pallet. Flow-through bulkhead fittings enable liquids to channel between connected units, effectively borrowing containment capacity from adjacent pallets to safely capture overflows. Optional 65-gallon expansion tanks increase system capacity for high-volume applications, while 100% chemical-resistant polyethylene construction ensures durability against acids, solvents, and oils. Scalable and configurable, the Ultra-Modular IBC Spill Pallet system enhances safety, minimizes spill risks, and optimizes indoor storage efficiency.
