Bulkhead Replacement Kit

Includes: Bulkhead, Retention Ring, Sealant and Screws

Bulkhead Replacement Kit Instructions:

Remove existing spinweld. Clean top edge of opening.

Remove existing bulkhead. Make sure EPDM gasket is still intact. Drop in new bulkhead through the top opening of the tank. Pull new bulkhead through tank’s bottom opening and fasten outer nut. Do not overtighten.

Place silicone aroud the rim of the tank’s top opening. Set spinweld/black ring into silicone and fasten withscrews. Install existing poly cap.
