The BOP20HV 18V Rechargeable Battery Pump is designed to dispense without cross contamination from oil jugs and 5 gallon pails. Simply screw the BOP20HV Pump directly into the OilSafe 5L or 10L Container with Utility Lid – it’s a perfect fit! The BOP20HV also fits Des-Case 10L and 7L containers, Trico’s 4 gallon and 3 gallon size units, as well as Xpel Oil Storage Containers. This battery operated electric BOP20 Pump delivers 40 Gallons on a typical full charge at 1.5 GPM, up to 140W oils up to 1.5 GPM. No hand pumping and no lifting, simply turn the Powerhead on and engage the on demand nozzle.

A: No, BOP requires a Macnaught Battery
Q: Can I pump diesel with BOP?
A: No, only the rated fluids. Yellow Ring designates Hydraulic or Engine Oils, Green Ring designates Coolant, Red Ring designates ATF
Fuels of any type are very dangerous to pump and will damage the BOP seals. Only Oils, Coolant or ATF. No other fluids are warranted.
Q: Can BOP be used for Marine Outboard fills?
A: Yes, we have many Marine Mechanics using BOP for this application. You will need to modify the Nozzle Tip to accommodate the type of Outboard connection you will use
Q: Is BOP 3A or Sanitary compliant?
A: No, BOP can only be used with rated fluids.
Q: Does BOP work with 2.5 Gallon Jugs?
A: Yes, BOP20 does fit
Q: Will BOP fit into my Oil Safe or other containers?
Yes, BOP20 fits perfectly with 5-liter and 10 Liter Oils Safe Containers with their Utility Lid.

Q: Can I run the BOP dry?
A: No, damage will occur to the impeller if left to run dry.
Q: Is the BOP serviceable?

Q: My 5 Gallon Pail is an odd size, will the BOP20 work?
A: Yes, the adapter fits most pail bungs and the BOP comes with an adjustable sleeve to evacuate fluids on taller pails.
Q: My BOP is running slower at cold temperatures – why?
A: Oils thicken with lower temperatures, and cooler weather will slow the BOP flow rate. We recommend keeping oil containers as warm as possible indoors or with heating blanket wrap systems. BOP works best at 60F plus.
